Start tracking in three steps
- 1
Add your subscriptions
Pick a service from the logo list or type its name, then enter your price, billing cycle and next payment date.
- Upload a PDF
- Import a saved email
- Paste a clause
- Type the details
- Pick a service
- 2
Confirm the details
Nothing is tracked until you confirm it. Receipts you import and emails you forward become drafts that you check first.
- 3
Get reminded, then decide
Nolapso emails you before each payment. Keep the service or cancel it with the provider, then record what you decided.
How Nolapso keeps track of your subscriptions
All your costs in one view
Monthly and yearly totals, a chart by category and the payments coming up.
Spending adds up the amounts you confirmed and turns each billing cycle, weekly, monthly, quarterly or yearly, into a monthly and a yearly equivalent. Each currency stays separate. Filter by type, category or month, and export the filtered list as CSV.
An email before each payment
3 days and 1 day before every payment by default.
Reminders arrive at 09:00 in your workspace timezone. Choose other days for each subscription, or turn them off. You can also add your payments for the next 12 months to Google Calendar, Apple Calendar or Outlook with an .ics file.
Price increases and overlaps
See when a price goes up and which subscriptions do the same job.
When you confirm a new amount, Nolapso keeps the previous one and shows what the increase costs over a year. Subscriptions you pay in the same category, such as several streaming services, are grouped with their monthly cost so you can decide what to keep.
Free trials and money saved
Mark a free trial, and see what each cancellation would have cost over the next 12 months.
A free trial ends on its first payment date, so its reminders come before you are charged. When you record a confirmed cancellation, Saved with Nolapso shows what that subscription would have cost over the next 12 months.
Subscription tracker questions
What is a subscription tracker?
A subscription tracker is a tool that lists your recurring payments, adds up what they cost and reminds you before they renew. Nolapso does this for personal subscriptions and business contracts in one private workspace.
Does Nolapso connect to my bank account?
No. Nolapso never connects to your bank or card. You add each subscription yourself, by hand, from the logo list or from a receipt or email you choose to send, and only the details you confirm are tracked.
Can Nolapso cancel a subscription for me?
No. You cancel with the provider yourself, in their app or account. Nolapso reminds you in time, keeps the cancellation steps in one place and shows what it would have cost over the next 12 months.
Which subscriptions can I track?
Any recurring payment: streaming and music, phone and internet, cloud storage, software and AI tools, insurance, utilities and memberships. Weekly, monthly, quarterly and yearly billing cycles are supported, each in its own currency.
Is the subscription tracker free?
Yes. The Free plan tracks up to 10 subscriptions or contracts with reminders, and no card is required. Premium and Business raise the limit to 50 and 250 items and include email forwarding and AI analysis.
