What Nolapso is
What is Nolapso?
Nolapso is a web app that tracks your subscriptions and contracts in one private workspace. It shows what you pay each month and year, and reminds you before the next payment or the last day to give notice.
Who is Nolapso for?
Nolapso is for individuals, independent professionals and small businesses. The Premium plan covers everyday subscriptions for one person, and Business lets a team share software, insurance, office and supplier contracts.
Tracking and reminders
How do reminders work?
Nolapso sends reminder emails at 09:00 in your workspace timezone. By default they arrive 3 days and 1 day before each subscription payment, and 30, 14, 7 and 1 day before a contract's notice deadline. You can change the days for each item.
What is the difference between a renewal date and a notice deadline?
The renewal date is when a contract continues for a new term; the notice deadline is the last day to cancel or change it, and it comes earlier. Nolapso shows both and reminds you before the notice deadline.
What happens if a deadline has already passed?
Nolapso shows a warning on the item and does not send a backlog of late reminder emails.
Imports and AI analysis
What can I import?
You can import a PDF of up to 10 MB and 50 pages, a JPEG or PNG photo, an exported email (.eml) or pasted text. You can also enter every detail by hand.
Are the dates Nolapso finds always right?
Not always, which is why you confirm them. Each proposed date comes with the passage it was read from, nothing is tracked or reminded before you confirm it, and anything unclear stays marked as incomplete.
Does Nolapso work without AI?
Yes. You can type every detail yourself and confirm it, with no AI involved. AI analysis of forwarded emails is off until the workspace owner agrees to it, and it can be switched off again.
What if a document is a scan or hard to read?
On plans with AI analysis, Nolapso also reads scanned pages and photos, and you confirm each detail it proposes against the passage it read. What it could not find or confirm stays marked for you to fill in by hand. A deadline counted in working days or under local rules is one you set and confirm yourself.
How and where is AI used?
On plans with AI analysis, the text of an import, or the image of a scanned page or photo, is analysed after a notice on the upload screen. It goes to Anthropic (United States) through its API; Anthropic does not train on it and deletes it within 30 days, except for legal reasons or a breach of its usage policy. Only proposed details with quotations come back for you to check.
Email forwarding to the Inbox
How does email forwarding work?
The workspace owner turns on a private forwarding address in Inbox, then creates a Gmail filter or an Outlook rule that forwards only the emails you choose, such as renewals and invoices. Each email becomes a draft to review, and nothing is tracked until you confirm it.
Does Nolapso read my mailbox?
No. Nolapso never asks for your mailbox password and has no access to your mailbox. It only receives the emails that your own filter or rule forwards.
How do I stop forwarding?
Pause or disconnect the address in Inbox, then remove the filter or rule in your mailbox. Pausing in Nolapso alone does not remove the rule from Gmail or Outlook.
Calendar export
Can I add payments and deadlines to my calendar?
Yes. Nolapso creates a standard .ics file that Google Calendar, Apple Calendar and Outlook can import, for one item or for all of them from Spending. It includes payments for the next 12 months, trial ends, notice deadlines and renewal dates, with alerts 7 days and 1 day before a notice deadline.
What does a calendar event contain?
Only the name, the amount and the date. Notes, emails, references, contacts and document text never go into the file.
Free trials, price changes and savings
Can Nolapso remind me before a free trial ends?
Yes. Mark the subscription as a free trial until the first payment, and you get the payment reminders before that date. From 7 days before, the trial also shows in Attention with Keep and Cancel.
How does Nolapso spot a price increase?
When you confirm a new amount, Nolapso compares it with the previous confirmed amount. It shows the old and new price, what the change costs over a year, and this year's increases in Spending. It never guesses prices.
What is Saved with Nolapso?
It is what your confirmed cancellations would have cost over the 12 months after each one. Nolapso adds it up from the amounts you confirmed.
What are overlapping subscriptions?
They are confirmed subscriptions in the same category, such as several streaming services, grouped with their monthly cost. They help you decide whether you need all of them.
Plans and prices
Is Nolapso free?
Yes. The Free plan costs nothing and tracks up to 10 subscriptions or contracts with reminders, without a card.
How much do the paid plans cost?
Premium: $4.99 a month or $47.88 a year, taxes included, for up to 50 items and 30 AI analyses a month. Business: from $59.99 a month, excluding taxes, for 5 users, up to 250 items and 150 AI analyses a month.
Who sees what in a Business workspace?
The owner and admins see everything. Department managers see and edit everything in their departments. Editors and viewers see the items of their departments, the items visible to the whole company and the items they are responsible for. Editors add and edit; viewers read and export. A personal workspace stays private to you.
How does the free trial work?
The trial starts only when you sign up from the Premium or Business card on the pricing page: 14 days of that plan, with 5 users for Business. Signing up from the Free card gives Free, without a trial. No card is needed and nothing is charged. When the trial ends, the workspace moves to Free unless you choose a plan: your items, reminders, members and documents stay, and reminders keep running. Only additions above the Free limits need a plan.
Can I pay once a year?
Yes. Paying yearly costs less than 12 monthly payments: $47.88 a year for Premium, which saves $12, and $599.88 a year for Business with 5 users, which saves $120.
What does paying once for Premium mean?
You pay $89.99 one time and keep Premium, with the same monthly limits, for as long as Nolapso runs. Nothing renews. Business has no one-time option.
How are Business users priced?
Business includes 5 users for $59.99 a month. Each additional user adds $6.99 a month, up to 100 users. Paid yearly, it is $599.88, plus $71.88 per additional user.
Will my price change later?
If prices change later, founding subscribers keep the price they started with for as long as their subscription stays active. The founders offer, Premium paid once for $89.99, is open to the first 100 buyers or until 31 December 2026.
Privacy and data location
Who can see what I add to Nolapso?
Only the members of your workspace. Files stay private to them, emails you forward pass through Nolapso and its service providers, and the rest of your mailbox stays out of reach.
Can I take my data with me?
Yes. You can export your records as CSV or JSON, download a readable PDF summary of any item, and delete the workspace in Settings. Moving to a smaller plan keeps what you already track.
Where is my data stored?
Nolapso runs on a server in Germany, and accounts, data and private files are stored in Frankfurt. Incoming emails go through an EU region, but European hosting does not mean every provider processes all data only in Europe.
Languages and currencies
Which languages does Nolapso support?
Nolapso is available in English, French, Spanish, German, Italian, Portuguese, Arabic, Chinese, Japanese and Hindi. Notices and summaries are created in the language you choose.
Can I use my own currency?
Yes. Each workspace has its own currency and timezone, and each item keeps its own currency. Totals never mix currencies.
What Nolapso leaves to you
Will Nolapso cancel a contract or subscription for me?
No. Nolapso can prepare the notice and keep track of each step, but sending it is up to you, through the channel the agreement asks for. You then note when it went out and what the supplier replied.
Does Nolapso connect to my bank?
No. Nolapso never connects to a bank account or card, so it cannot see your transactions. You add each subscription or contract yourself, by hand, from a document or from an email you forward.
Does Nolapso give legal advice?
No. Extracted dates are proposals that you confirm, and exports are for information, not certified legal proof. For the meaning of a clause, check the contract or ask a professional.
